  • Please review our Pre-Mastering Checklist. This checklist isn’t required, but it will help ensure the best possible outcome for your project.

  • These are our standard turnaround times. We do get busy sometimes, but we will always meet your projects desired deadline.

    Singles & EPs: 1-3 business days from upload.

    Albums: 5-7 business days from upload.

  • Immersive audio is music for multi-channel formats such as Dolby Atmos, Sony 360RA, Aura-3D, and Surround 5.1.

  • Apple Digital Masters is Apple’s ALAC format for high quality digital playback on Apple Music and iTunes. For more info, review their page here.

  • Alt. mixes (alternative mixes) are mixes that accompany the main mix.

    This includes: Clean/Radio, Acapella, Instrumental, TV/Perfromance, Short Intro.

  • Alt. resolutions are different sample rates and bit-depths.

  • Alt. formats may include: .m4a, .aif, .aaf, .FLAC, AAC, etc.

  • Files submitted need to be stereo .wav files at the same sample rate and bit-depth the project was recorded or mixed in.

  • No, please let the mixer be the one to make the final mix.

  • We do not offer stereo mixing services, we are a mastering facility.

    However, we offer immersive mixing services with provided wet stems.

    If you need stereo mixing services, we can put you in touch with a carefully select list of mixers.

  • Since we do not have a cutting lathe on-site, we offer pre-vinyl mastering. Pre-Vinyl mastering is preparing your song to be sent for vinyl duplication and distribution.

  • DDP stands for Disk Description Protocol. Which is encoding ISRC codes, UPC/EIN, metadata, and even album artwork into your masters.

    DDP images are mostly used for CD manufacturing and duplication, but can be used for digital releases as well.

  • ISRC stands for: International Standard Recording Code. An ISRC code is essentially a unique identifier for your song.

    US-JPM-15-001-01

    (Country-record label-year of registration-release-track).

  • Metadata is information about the song including:

    Artist | Album | Track Name | Composers | Track Number | BPM | Genre and more.

  • Contact us with project details and desired service(s).

    Confirm project details by paying invoice.

    Upload your project/source file(s) by using the “Upload Here” button on our Upload page.

    Then, we will get your project back to you by the desired deadline or as soon as we can.

  • We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, Cashapp, Paypal, Stripe, Venmo.

  • For clients who have project confirmation, please visit our Upload tab to upload your project/source file via Digital Pigeon.

  • Shipping/Drop-off instructions will be given at the time of booking.

  • All files will be delivered via Digital Pigeon to the booking email given.
